Our Agency

Cotignac Immobilier is the oldest agency in the village. Sophie Carrère, bilingual in French and English, took over the agency in 2006. With a degree in International Public Law and experience in New York and Paris, Sophie has acquired a solid reputation with her French and foreign clients.

Cotignac Immobilier distinguishes itself by its relational and legal know-how, its involvement in the local economic fabric and its ability to mobilize local skills.
